He successfully raised $90M for one of the largest student housing acquisitions in the country, co-founded and ran daily operations for an asset that grossed over $10.5M in revenue with a current valuation of $150M, and negotiated a brand and flag agreement with Marriott International and the city of Palm Desert for a 185-key W luxury hotel.
