- Contributed to the restructure of one of the largest aged care provider in Australia. Nous designed the new functional organisational structure and facilitated the transition. Helped manage the financial model of the restructure and consulted with CEO and senior executives.- Conducted strategy development for a major NSW insurance company. The project team helped set the company’s 5 year strategic directions and developed supporting programs of work. -Developed long term strategy for a range of Government departments and Not-for-Profits - Conducted public policy and program evaluations, involving extensive stakeholder engagement and data analysis

Initially hired into the analytical department at the entry level I was rapidly promoted to deputy and then team leader of the business unit. Duties included:- Managing the resources of the department to deliver accurate analysis according to tight time-frames.- Managing a team of 5-6 analysts, including 2 PhDs.- Communication and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver analysis according to project time-lines.- Client project management; from study proposal stage through to the final report delivered to the clients.- HPLC method development and validation- SOP writing and updating- Staff training

Worked in a team environment to research and develop new generic products for the company. I gained proficiency in FDA monograph testing, including wet chemistry and raw materials, and in the use of standard laboratory analytical instruments. (IR, UV, Dissolution, pH, light sensitivity and HPLC).The position was also expanded to encompass introductory report collation and writing for regulatory licensing applications. I was also involved in the procurement and installation of several pieces of new laboratory and manufacturing equipment up to several hundred thousand Euros in value.
