Developed, implemented and maintained executive Balanced Scorecard with monthly reporting on operations and target monitoring.A primary responsibility of this role was continuous bespoke analysis of operational performance and industry outcomes while driving perpetual development through the management of national improvement & efficiency projects. Reviewing of existing functions and departments to ensure they are appropriately structured to meet business needs was also a key function.A fundamental and vital aspect of this role was providing ongoing support for the National Quality Team and acting as the liaison between the Quality Team and Konekt’s proprietary software development team for application and operational improvements.
