As the corporate real estate manager of NCR’s Global Headquarters, I worked to provide a world-class, modern, and agile workplace experience for over 3,000 employees at our 750,000 square-foot headquarters. I provided strategic direction and valuable business insight to NCR's commercial real estate services vendor, enabling the occupancy planning, facilities management, business intelligence, campus experience, and PDS teams.I leveraged a background in analysis of people data and a passion for hospitality to drive actionable insight into the workforce and provided the client perspective to our CRE partners. I oversaw projects that engaged each of the service lines including restacking exercises and renovations, as well as partnering with the teams to ensure day-to-day operations at the campus ran smoothly.I maintained constant communication between several key stakeholders at the headquarters including Property Management, Facilities Management, amenity vendors, IT, HR, Learning, Communications, and Benefits, as well as internal customers within the business. I provided direction to the campus experience team, shaping the work experience for all at the headquarters. This involved data gathering through surveying and focus groups to improve the human experience at GHQ. The campus experience team also supports amenity programming, corporate level events, and campus tours.

In this role I led the newly created Campus Experience Team at NCR’s Global Headquarters in Midtown Atlanta. The Campus Experience Team is responsible for shaping the experience that our employees have while working at GHQ. This includes partnering with various stakeholders such as IT, Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Communications, our foodservice provider, our fitness partner, and health center staff to ensure that our employees are receiving best-in-class service. I was also responsible for the planning and execution of VIP events and corporate level events in which all 3000+ midtown-based employees were invited. Such events included several NCR Board of Directors dinners, a retirement celebration for our former CEO, and weekly employee happy hour events.I managed a tour program for our headquarters campus. This included coordinating a large team of highly trained tour guides that offered tours to new employees, customers, VIPs and special guests.

I served as an internal consultant to HR Strategic Business Partners and C-Level business leaders in the areas of Global Sales, Software, Professional Services, and Infrastructure. I regularly leveraged HR employee data to provide strategic and actionable insight into the workforce. I did so by manipulating and analyzing data to create reports and dashboards related to workforce planning, attrition, exit surveys, and many other metrics.

At PLD, I was responsible for the logistics and operations of brick-and-mortar retail store as well as several e-commerce websites, including web development, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. I designed many procedures for that improved consistency and efficiency throughout the business. I sourced and maintained necessary equipment and supplies for day to day operations. I onboarded and trained new employees.
