Development Project Coordinator
CurrentAssist Development team members in all aspects of affordable housing development, financing, and asset management.• Assist project managers in preparation of funding applications to local, state and federal funding sources. Identify current forms of applications, deadlines, application checklists, and current policy requirements. Coordinate certain third-party reports required as attachments to applications.• Manage disbursement of construction loans and other funding awards during closing and construction periods by preparing draw requests and supporting documentation, monthly reports to lenders and investors, and generally managing the financial performance of a project during construction.• Identify relevant financing incentive or grant programs such as property tax exemptions, sustainable building rebates or predevelopment grant opportunities. Coordinate applications as appropriate.• Assist in analysis of potential property/land acquisitions including research of local zoning and development regulations and acquisition financing opportunities.
