Mr. Geminiuc is an Executive IT Advisor and transformation program executive with 25 years of diverse business and IT experience across the Americas. Grant founded R3P in 2008 as a spin-off of his Financial Services CIO and SVP/EVP of GTS Advisory practice at BearingPoint/KPMG. He helps C-level clients reduce OpEx and improve service by digitizing & automating services, leveraging FinTechs, rationalize data center space and migrate to cloud, expanding shared service centers and outsourcing; and accelerating value realization of outsourcing, M&A, JVCs and divestitures.Experience Highlights:• $1B+ ITO renewals and T&T Programs: Grant has led 10+ deals of $1B+ thru multi-year transformations.Most recently concluded a global effort to modernize, standardize, automate and globalize IT enterprise infrastructure across 52 countries. Overseen 100+ outsourcing deals of all shapes and sizes.• Grant has trained over 400 outsourcing practitioners and executives in Canada, as part of the CORE executive faculty. • Interim SVP/CIO for a Canadian Fortune50: Across 4 years, as VP, IT VMO and then CIO/SVP, Grant restructured $1B of IT contracts, including strategic outsourcing initiatives. In the final year, Grant led several acquisitions and joint venture negotiations.• Managing Director KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint, Grant led the IT Outsourcing Advisory to the North American Banks, where he led various ATM, VISA, Infrastructure, Network & Data Center outsourcing & consolidation initiatives.• Group Technology Director at Organic, an interactive agency, where Grant organized consulting services methodology and operating model within Toronto office, and then across London, NYC, San Fran, Detroit, and Chicago, implementing global COEs. • Grant was an IT entrepreneur in the 90s, launching eSolutions/CallPro which was sold to LGS/IBM in 1998 and co-founding MessageWare, with 5 million users in 50 countries.
