* Technology Strategy & Process: Leads the company’s technology strategic direction, development, and future growth in support of Vodori’s company strategy. * Business Liaison: Ensures that Vodori’s technical strategy aligns with marketing and operations.* Innovation & R&D: A technical evangelist who instills a strong sense of innovative thinking, leadership by example, and pragmatic risk taking.* Technical & Employee Leadership: Provide leadership that supports the company’s culture, mission, values, and growth through recruitment, mentorship, career planning, and creating an environment allowing our team to thrive.* Business Development: Externally facing technical advocate and Subject Matter Expert for Vodori products and services assisting with business development activities. * Development & Security Standards: Responsible for ensuring Vodori has written policies and adheres to standards that it sets to support its business objectives.

Grant co-founded Vodori in 2005 based on the concept of building innovate healthcare marketing solutions that leveraged open source software to help our customers more efficiently execute their digital programs. We also strongly believed in creating an environment & culture where our team was excited to come to work every day. Grant’s background in consulting has given him the opportunity to work with a variety of customers primarily in healthcare in a number of different roles: engineer, platform & solutions architect, and account manager. His comfort and ease in which he works with customers across both business and technical details has allowed him to be very effective by quickly understanding customer needs and translating these into solutions. His ability to work through the details while simultaneously understanding and refining the larger business objectives has allowed him to consistently deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Further, Grant builds strong customer relationships based on trust and collaboration through an open dialog and passion for understanding customer needs through his deep rooted curiosity and desire to see his customers win. As Vodori grew beyond consulting and into products, Grant took ownership over Vodori’s flagship enterprise product, Pepper. The product is effectively its own startup company within Vodori: Product P&L, dedicated team, methodology, and of course its own set of startup & growth challenges. Grant led the formation of the product team which needed to quickly figure out how to deliver exceptional products. We adopted Agile and SCRUM, learned & executed customer development, created support processes, focused heavily on continuous improvement & quality, & worked to educate our broader team on building product. Through Grant’s leadership, Vodori has delivered significant new innovative capabilities in Pepper, built a phenomenal product team and improved the value, efficiency, & quality of Vodori's core solution.
