Implemented and fine-tuned a DenseNet121 model in PyTorch to classify lung X-ray images from the Pneumothorax dataset, optimizing using Adam and Cross-Entropy Loss.Evaluated performance with metrics such as Accuracy, Sensitivity, Specificity, Precision, AUC-ROC, and Confusion Matrix.Implemented image segmentation using a U-Net architecture with an EfficientNet_bo encoder for lung X-ray analysis.Engineered a Vision Transformer (ViT) for medical image classification, utilizing self-attention and patch embeddings for efficient image analysis.
