In 2006 I decided singing songs and dancing whilst teaching children English in Japan wasn’t to be my chosen career. I’ve been working within agency recruitment ever since. My toolkit of skills has evolved with the different roles I’ve been fortunate to hold. As a Director or Managing Director, I help businesses reach the next stage of their evolution, executing growth strategies to hit desirable revenue and headcount results. Closing my business school textbook for a second, people say I’m an approachable, empathetic and energetic leader. Perhaps that’s true, what I do know is over the last few years I’ve gained immense satisfaction empowering people at the beginning of their recruitment careers. Mentoring them in any way I can to help them become better at their trade. I’m the proud father of an Autistic son, which has led me to be an advocate for the Neurodivergent community.
