As a former private banking COO, co-founder of a transformation leadership firm and a venture leader with one of the world’s leading consultancies, I have developed a comprehensive, systemic approach to delivering operating model transformations with a whole-of-business perspective that best aligns with the organisation strategic intent.What has worked for me is a proven ability to lead and facilitate executive discussions and strategic alignment – providing critical input at points in a way that not only provides strategic challenge but that also builds momentum.
