Currently Grant resides in Scottsdale, AZ where he manages proprietary accounts. Prior to working for himself, he worked at United Healthcare Global and was an intern for Morgan Stanley where his responsibilities were to grow the FA's network and research specific stocks and fixed income products. During his time at Messiah College, Grant was involved in The Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Research. The Collabortory is a NGO focused on empowering the poor through economic empowerment. He was the project leader for the Collaboratory Business Initiative, which was a new project to create sustainable business ventures from Collaboratory products. This is where his passion for entrepreneurship and investing started. This experience had a steep learning curve, there was a lot of hardship, but some success followed.Through The Collaboratory Grant was selected to be one of four interns for World Vision Ghana. He spent 10 weeks aboard conducting research on people with disabilities and their access to water and latrine's. He was also responsible for conducting seminars for the religious leaders in northern Ghana teaching on the importance of inclusive development (including the poor, widowed, people with disabilities).
