• Report to the Vice President of Executive Recruiting. • Lead recruiting strategy and execute searches for high impact positions in Executive leadership, Engineering (Software) leadership, Product Management, Cloud Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. Carry a requisition load of 10-15 openings. • Consistently exceed diversity of candidate slate goals with over 100% of slates including diverse candidates in 2022 and 96% in 2021. • Deep, hands-on sourcing for talent, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers and managing the end to end hiring process. Provide competitive intelligence and talent insights/market mapping.• Partner closely with People Solutions Business Partners (HRBP) and Executive leadership on executive talent strategy for the organization.• Detailed collaboration with Executive Compensation to build competitive and complicated compensation packages including salary, equity and sign-on bonuses (cash and equity).• Negotiate and close executive candidates.• Train, coach, mentor and direct the work of Executive Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcing Specialists. • Awarded “Talent Acquisition Excellence” and “Talent Acquisition MVP” quarterly awards for outstanding performance. • Tech stack: Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Bambu (Advocacy), Gem, HireEz, SkillSurvey
