Recruited as online gaming specialist to facilitate and manage gaming community. Responsible for advanced technical support and community moderation for (Nokia) N-Gage gaming community and forums. Tasked with coordinating support ramp-down processes for end to end service termination of mobile online gaming platform. Acted as key point of contact for all technical support issues- with focus on game purchase and activation systems. Provided weekly reporting of customer feedback for multiple Nokia services including maps, store, and messaging. Monitored and provided input to insure continuity with Nokia Facebook and Twitter.

Responsible for obtaining, establishing, and managing accounts of potential and current clients. First point of contact for all perspective clients.
