Vicinity Centres (VCX), is an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) company with 15.6 BN USD in Assets Under Management, with ownership and management rights for 60 shopping centres around Australia including Chadstone, Emporium Melbourne, and Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. Developed a multi-year strategy to create destination assets with leisure and entertainment precincts as well as retail, raised 800MM USD in equity capital to shore up balance sheet during Covid pandemic, and led over 1BN USD in bond raising, including the company's first Green Bond and Eurobond issuances.

City Developments Limited is a Singapore-based global real estate company with operations in over 20 countries and 17BN USD in Assets Under Management. Established a new funds management platform (the Profit Participating Securities or "PPS"), and diversified the business away from its Singaporean base. In 2017, voted a leading CEO in Singapore by Institutional Investor Magazine, and the #2 Singapore CEO by Finance Asia Magazine.

Exited Holdfast Capital to Apollo Global Management in February 2010. Co-Head of Apollo Asia, leading primarily the real estate operations. Key transactions included Citigroup Property Investors (Asia), a 1.3BN USD real estate private equity platform acquired in November 2010, and 50 Connaught Road Hong Kong, awarded "Transaction of the Year" by Real Estate Investment World in June 2012.

Appointed the CEO of Colony Capital Asia in June 2004, managing 2BN USD Asia-Pacific portfolio. Led the $1BN USD purchase of Raffles Hotels & Resorts in September 20005, recognised with three industry awards. The portfolio included the Singapore landmark, the Raffles Hotel, and 30 other hotels globally. Other key transactions included acquisitions of Fukuoka Hawkstown (2004), Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (2006), and a convertible note financing for Challenger Financial Services (2007).

Established Korean operations for Colony Capital 2000-2002, transferring to New York office 2002-2004. Key transactions included acquisition of three KAMCO distressed debt portfolios (2000-2001), CIGA Italia Sardinian Resorts (2003), and Las Vegas Hilton (2004).
