I have founded 12 different business with 18 different partners. All business were successfully sold, exited or are still part of my portfolio, all of the business exited traded at profit and never needed business rescue or liquidation.I am currently developing property and am a partner in a high end shop-fitting & joinery business. I offer my services in property development management and property development and construction business consulting. My experience in construction ensures that there is little risk in the construction process, I share my knowledge and analysis of the property market, trends and understanding of site specific value drivers which has enabled me to succeed over the last 30 years. My experience in starting and exiting businesses allows me to assist new start-ups, businesses in transition and looking for new efficiencies and better operations.
