I'm a coach at heart, a problem solver and a lifelong student. Past Experience:- Brought a business from concept to fully functioning with two other partners- Conducted beta testing with various groups of people to test and refine business concepts- Pivoted the business strategy multiple times based off of results from our research- Operated as Project Owner on a development team that implemented the Scrum methodology- Helped interview, hire and dismiss various employees at SideCoach- Created application wireframes using Adobe XD and lead a team to bring the wireframe to production- Created promotional videos using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects- Privately coached over 20 wrestlers, 10 of whom have since won state title, and 4 of whom have since achieved all-American status- Organized and ran practices for Champions Wrestling Club, with practice attendance on average around 40 athletes- Designed an improved practice schedule to maximize efficiency and attendance at wrestling practices- Was offered wrestling coaching positions at various high schools- Hosted wrestling camps for various high schools including Beaver and Desert Hills High School- Invited to help coach the Utah Wrestling National Team at nationals along side experienced coaches such as the coaches of Utah Valley University- Organized and taught basic piano lessons to 4 students in Mexico City- Worked with small property management business owners to develop and implement a growth strategyI am excited to continue to learn from, and teach others for the rest of my life.
