Operated and orchestrated large scale events from working with local businesses to create scavenger hunts across Tacoma, to water balloon fights. Assisted with the organization of activities and lectures designed to educate new students on the history of the University of Puget Sound, along with other diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. Designed a wide array of overnight and on campus experiences for new students to participate in during the orientation week. This included, but was not limited to, working with local business and on campus organizations to facilitate and host activities, scheduling logistics with third party transportation companies by working with local public transit and training leaders, and researching and testing a variety of different activities in the surrounding area.

University Of Puget Sound

Oversee all operations of the Sigma Chi Delta Phi chapter. Provide support for the executive team and help them to reach their goals. Lead weekly meetings for the 60 members of the chapter. Set and execute the chapter's strategic plan. Work with campus administration and student leaders to schedule events and promote Fraternity and Sorority life as a whole.

Create and execute a risk management plan. Work closely with the executive team to ensure the policies created were effectively implemented and followed. Served as a primary advisor to the president of the Sigma Chi Delta Phi chapter.

Ordered all equipment for the team. Led practices, managed the roster, coordinated and scheduled practices, communicated with other teams to schedule games.
