• Published over 160 Brigade Fragmentary Orders• Managed and supervised the career progression and training of over 200 personnel assigned to the 77th Theater Aviation Brigade• Student First Sergeant at Warrior Leader Course (WLC), personally responsible for 183 personnel attending WLC and their assigned weapons• Developed a database which included all 709 personnel assigned to the 77th Theater Aviation Brigade for tracking mobilizations in order to develop a Troop Command Rear Detachment.

Personally responsible for the managing of the Current Operations Cell and all activities applicable to the overall airspace Common Operations Picture (COP) for all of United States Division South-Iraq. This area consists of two Divisions and 3 Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs).Ensure reports and messages are distributed properly.Update units statuses on maps and charts.Supervise the publication of orders and graphics.Supervise the setting up and dismantling of the Tactical Operations Center.Manage guard rosters, sleep plans, and shift schedules.Assist in developing and wargaming Courses of Action during the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP).
