Responsible for the sale of AIMS grant management software and services, providing consultancy and account management for our clients across the EMEA region.

As Director of Business Process for Arts Council England I was accountable for end-to-end business process and systems, including grants management, financial and reporting systems. I led a highly effective business-focussed IT team to provide enterprise solutions that represented value for money and realised efficiency savings.I advised on effective business process solutions for joint programme management of a number of agencies working in partnership with the Arts Council, including: BBC, Borders Agency, British Council, NESTA.I managed a suite of solutions employed to cover a range of business activity and related processes, providing for upwards of 7,000 applications annually across a range of funding opportunities. Between 2010 and 2015, these solutions are being used to invest grants worth £1.9 billion of public money from government and an estimated £1.1 billion from the National Lottery in arts and culture.• Provided strategic overview, leadership and overall responsibility for the Arts Council’s business processes.• Maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to national policy development with particular emphasis on business process and tools.• Developed a technical framework for Arts Council’s business systems, for existing and future operational requirements.• Led the involvement of senior colleagues and key stakeholders in setting requirements for development of business process and systems.• Managed external support and development contracts, to ensure that these provided best value to the organisation.• Senior commissioning manager for Information systems
