Grant has twenty-five years experience directing and leading innovative programmes delivering sustained and measurable changes through digital transformation.Grant excels at engaging diverse stakeholder groups with disparate needs and interests, developing a shared vision and goals and then building and sustaining momentum to achieve those goals.Grant has been responsible for leading design and construction of communication and network projects improving the lives of staff at remote mining camps in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions of Western Australia.At The University of Western Australia Grant was responsible for the University of Western Australia's digital presence, building campus consensus and leading the development, implementation, monitoring and review of strategic and innovative programs of work with significant organisational impacts and outcomes. Grant managed the development and implementation of new policies, procedures and systems to facilitate effective management of UWA's digital presence, identifying future needs through wide consultation and defining the impact on policy, staffing and technical infrastructure. Grant is passionate about the role digital and data technologies play in the transformation of organisations and communities through the quality, frequency, relevancy and appropriateness of the interactive digital experience provided.
