Joining the company shortly after the 40-year old family business was incorporated into a global organisation, I was able to guide the business through what is often a challenging period, as staff and other stakeholders adapt to the changes happening around them. As a collective, we set about restrengthening our foundations, clarifying our vision and preparing ourselves for the future. Over the course of the next few years we developed the business and ourselves, steering a course that navigated through a series of natural disasters and a global pandemic, and out the other side with a business that is stronger for weathering these challenges and well positioned as a specialist engineering company, proudly representing local manufacturing in regional Australia.
