I started a company with my siblings to provide convenience stores and other retailers with emerging product categories and exceptional service. MAG earned the business of thousands of retail stores nationwide, including most chains from WV and Western PA. MAG has created 100+ good jobs - all paying more than double minimum wage with competitive benefits.As a co-founder, I led the company's design/branding and manufacturing of several product lines, including West Virginia's most popular brands of state-regulated cannabis/hemp products, all responsibly manufactured in West Virginia. Additionally, I led the acquisition and renovation of a dilapidated, abandoned 100,000 sq. ft factory/warehouse in the heart of a depressed small town in Central PA. What was previously (for decades) an eyesore and crime magnet, is now an attractive, modern, and highly-functional distribution and food/supplement processing facility.Finally, I helped build the foundation of the company by personally interviewing, hiring, and managing dozens of people (from warehouse workers and management to professionals in legal, accounting, and tech).

Specifically, I worked on major energy projects, including fossil fuel extraction, renewable energy development, and mining. Also, I worked on high-profile real estate projects, such as the redevelopment of historic downtown Dayton and the expansion of Ohio's premier shopping center outside of Columbus.

During summer breaks, I worked hard-labor jobs at local, family-owned small businesses. I installed HVAC systems, landscaped, painted, sealed rooves, and worked the family farm. During school, I worked part-time as a clerk at local convenience stores. I served customers, stocked shelves, cooked, and cleaned.
