Key responsibilities in this role: • Forecasting and workflow management to achieve SLAs and KPIs• Analysis of data and statistical trends• IDD and training champion for Operations – ensuring all individuals achieve their 15 hours of IDD as per regulatory requirements• The creation and ongoing maintenance of the UW training and development hub• Supporting individuals on their career development, whether that’s through increasing medical authority levels using progression plans, or just new core skills• Recruitment and on boarding of new team members• Coordination and organisation of all operational town halls and events (budget, resourcing, logistics)• Area SME for project to change operating model, which includes:o Project management and timeline planningo Training and accreditation planningo Oversight of quality assurance and control measures
