Worked up to plastics process engineer as programmer, setup and maintenance of the machinery. Designed the parts for the company in SolidWorks, and managed the mold building at other shops. I was not satisfied with the molds so I designed the molds and programmed the machining of them in CamWorks CAM system. Overall I oversaw all operations of the molding department from management of personnel to improving processes and inventory systems.
