I currently lead our Onboarding teams within the AppFolio Investment Manager (NASDAQ: APPF) Client Services department. We primarily work with real estate investment managers who need a centralized platform to automate their back office, accelerate acquisitions, and streamline investor communications/reporting. My teams lead the charge on seamlessly and accurately transitioning clients from their old solution to ours and ensuring they're set up on a solid foundation before going live to their investors. I've held several different roles within the CS team, ranging from data migration to spearheading our largest customer implementations to people management. In my time with Investment Manager, we've grown over 1,000% and tripled our team's headcount. In April 2022, I was given the AppFolio-wide shout out award around our Inspire the Future initiative.On the education/sports front, I graduated with honors from Westmont College with an Economics and Business degree, with a focus on entrepreneurship and accounting. I spent two years as a captain on Westmont’s Baseball team and was the recipient of the Golden Eagle award, which is awarded to one member of each Westmont sports team that displays excellence in academics, athletics, and leadership.
