Member of national senior staff team with 15 direct reports across the country responsible for the Development program of Ducks Unlimited Canada. Ducks Unlimited Canada is the leader in wetland conservation in Canada with close to 140,000 supporters. In the 2013 fiscal year revenue totalled over $85 million. Wetlands for Tomorrow campaign raised $1.8 billion in North America.

Director of Development responsible for External Relations department over alumni relations, communications, fundraising and government relations. Member of senior staff team reporting to Head of College. Senior staff support for board Development Committee and Canadian and US Foundations. After departure from Pearson College, appointed board member of Pearson College Foundation.

Member of senior fundraising team in central office with direct responsibility for Hong Kong, UBC, United Kingdom and US Foundations. Also responsible for university-wide gift and estate planning program and student awards fundraising. Nine fundraising staff reported to position.

Position had direct responsibility for direct mail, donor recognition programs, gift planning, in memoriam gifts and major gift fundraising including capital campaign. Seven provincial and regional staff reported to position.

Position was resource on gift planning to donors, allied professionals, staff and volunteers. Advisor to CEO regarding litigation, mediation and settlement of estate files. Worked with outside legal, tax and financial planning professionals to complete planned gifts. Four staff reported to position.
