Launched within 6 months with best-in-class partners and vendors, platform website and digital portal to support e-commerce, robust supply chain and associated logistics. Achieved revenues > $400M in first six months of launch. Left FlowMetric after it was purchased by KCAS and product was removed from portfolio.

Head of portfolio planning, R&D finance, systems and analytics. In this broad role I had accountability for R&D operations including leading the project management function and ownership of the R&D annual budget incorporating financial management best practices and oversight. Specifically, I was accountable for the management of the overall R&D portfolio of projects including ensuring maintenance of the budget in line with agreed targets while ensuring delivery against R&D Corporate milestones. Since leading R&D finance R&D achieved an actual to budget full year variance of <5% for 3 consecutive yearsIn addition I was focused on developing the processes, systems and analytics to facilitate best in class portfolio management to maximize return on investment for the company. This was achieved by building upon strong Development practices and Commercial acumen to realize a robust pipeline of high value products for future growth across all areas of the company. Key Accomplishments include:- introduced portfolio planning across entire project line including identification of portfolio value drivers in mid to long term - reduced R&D spend vs. budget variance from >10% to <2% in 3 three years- revamped performance setting resulting in development milestone attainment improving 35% - centralized tracking and reporting of clinical studies across all business units

Site head of the Bridgewater Allergan R&D location with regional responsibility for all local Development operations. I was also head of Global R&D Resource Planning, Business Analytics and R&D Systems group within the Business Strategy Function.Responsibilities include:- Site Head; Bridgewater - R&D Allergan- Regional Development Head of Operations with 14 direct and greater than 100 indirect reports- Oversaw the R&D Portfolio Budget ($1B annual budget)- Led clinical resource planning using objective resource analytics across clinical operations. Other experience at Allergan: Submitted >10 INDs including both small molecule and biologic entities. Project management background across all phases of Development including submission and post marketing commitments.
