I have been a Comcast technician for nearly 6 years, during which I achieved consecutive awards for two years, recognizing my outstanding performance in Customer Service, Trouble Calls, and Surveys. In addition, I held a leadership role within a team, where fellow technicians sought my assistance and support. Since 2005, I have been an independent contractor for Dish Network and DirecTV.My journey into the world of communications began at the age of 15, when I started working with composite cables, configuring TV and VCR setups, even before the advent of DVRs. As technology advanced, encompassing cell phones, DVD players, CDs, and the Internet, I delved into burning music onto CDs and DVDs. Witnessing the evolution into faster internet, smartphones, Blu-ray players, and lifelike video games, I was astounded by the power that now rests in our hands through smartphones.This fascination led me to join Comcast in 2017, where I mastered the art of setting up Comcast Internet, troubleshooting various devices including computers, laptops, and cell phones. I also ventured into modem configurations, ensuring customers enjoyed optimal Wi-Fi experiences at home. I gained insight into both interior and exterior factors that could lead to connectivity issues, thoroughly enjoying the process of troubleshooting.Looking ahead, I am eager to delve into computer functioning and apply the mathematical concepts I've learned, such as those related to logic gates as seen in supplemental readings. I aspire to lead a healthier lifestyle, enhance my financial well-being, and enjoy greater comfort. My ultimate goal is self-improvement, acknowledging that learning and growth arise not just from successes but also from a few inevitable mistakes.
