• On-site project engineer for a new 8-story parking garage in Chicago’s West Loop. Included amenities, retail space, and a unique rainwater harvesting system and generator to support the garage and neighboring buildings. Assisted with BIM coordination for all MEPs. • On-site project engineer for a new 40,000 SF Plumbers Union training facility. The interior included staff offices, classrooms, plumbing labs, welding labs, and an auditorium and kitchen for events. Exterior included demo of the existing training center, and new parking lot and retention pond. • Worked in the Special Projects department to manage multiple small projects, including out of state projects. Assisted with all steps of the project from estimating through closeout.

• Worked with a project team to manage the new construction of a 9 story apartment building on the University of Illinois’ campus.

• Worked with project team to manage an adaptive reuse of a 13 story Chicago office building into apartments• Daily tasks included submittal reviews, RFI’s, and collaboration with owner, architect, and subcontractors

• Worked in mapping and drafting department to collect GPS data, update online database, and redraw University plans• Developed widespread experience in AutoCAD and ArcMap through execution of campus projects

• Worked with Engineers to plan large drainage project and manage multiple crews on site• Laid out piling for retaining wall, assisted in drilling and placement of piles and tieback anchors, and tested tieback anchors

• Worked under public works director, shadowed Engineers and observed village road pavement plan and storm drain installation
