I am responsible for managing several large group-wide HR projects. Projects include the retender of the global RBS redeployment and outplacement contract which involves project managing the RFI and RFP stages and responsibility of a team including procurement, supplier management and subject matter experts. In total, I manage a team of 15 people across different locations.Additionally, I am responsible for the retender of the RBS EAP & OH contracts. Both projects potentially impact on 140,000 RBS employees and involve budgets of >£1m.I also have responsibility for managing a number of projects including Yourfeedback Business Champion for P&E, RBS Employee Financial Screening process; IT projects to update HR4HR and a project to develop an HR Academy and Lead the Way a cultural change programme.

My role as a Case Consultant within Policy & Advice involves managing a workload of complex grievance, disciplinary and absence cases. This involves working in a consultancy model with key stakeholders to ensure that risk is reduced to the RBS Group. As part of my role I undertake extensive project work and continuous improvement activities.

My role as an Advisor within the Restructure Support Team involves providing professional advice to clients involved in restructure related activities on all areas of the redundancy process. This role involves a high level of technical knowledge and an awareness of proposed and planned restructure activities within RBS. In my role I had regular contact with employees from all levels of the group including HRBP’s and technical partners.
