The position of Senior Manager Technical Services is focused on two areas, the day to day management of the internal systems team and to the delivery of a cloud-based managed services including banking services, websites and apps.The technical services department is responsible for the delivery of a highly available and reliable environment to develop the companies software solutions. This has been achieved through improved governance structures and systems management processes. System availability has been greatly enhanced with a new business continuity process that meets the needs of the business and the its compliance requirements.The cloud based managed service allows the company to manage and deliver Ultradata’s software run for the clients and their customers day to day banking needs. I have driven the design and implementation of the cloud-based service offerings (both IaaS and Paas) ensuring that the security, availability and overall resilience of the solution is an integral part of the offering. Delivery of the project outcomes requires coordination across all levels of the organisation and the building of positive relationships with key third party suppliers.

For the period January 2012 to May 2018 I held the substantive position of Executive Manager IT & Operations. Managing 23 staff, I was primarily responsible for setting and managing the strategic direction for business process, service delivery, banking, enterprise architecture and information communications technology. For the period July 2016 to June 2017 I acted in the position of Executive Manger Commerce and Marketing. Managing 34 staff, I influenced our sales culture, service delivery and corporate relationship strategies.

For the period March 2009 to January 2012 I held the position of Operations Manager. Managing 20 staff, I was primarily responsible for business process, service delivery, banking, enterprise architecture, and information communications technology.

For the period July 2006 to March 2009 I held the position of ICT (Information, Communication & Technology) Manager. Managing 4 staff, I was primarily responsible for internal systems (server and user level), enterprise architecture, and information communications technology.
