Commercial DirectorRegus May 2012 - Sep 2012Luxembourg City, LuMy role was to manage the national sales of the business whilst supporting the Australian Country Manager on strategic planning on the growth of the company. I also headed up the call centre and the strategic direction to which lead generation was created in the business. Other responsibilities included contract negotiations with suppliers, relationship management with key accounts, dispute resolution and litigation management. Price and product benchmarking, competitive analysis and strategic planning on alternative revenue channels were also part of my daily tasks. OwnerSanders Waterfront Restaurant Jul 2007 - May 2011SWR is a fine dining 120 seat waterfront restaurant/function centre located on Sydney Harbour. My role originally at SWR was to oversee the business on behalf of the owner who was diagnosed with cancer. In 2008 the owner passed away and after seeing the potential in the business I decided to acquire SWR so that I could rebirth the operation to bring it back to its former glory. In 2008 I negotiated the sale of 50% of the business and passed the daily running of the restaurant to new co-owners.
