Manage client accounts and client expectations before, during, and after the construction phase of the project. • Possess a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the major trends shaping their market(s).• Provide a variety of office design solutions including fixed and flexible space planning, furniture surveys, canteen / pause area concepts and management and installations of furniture. • Liaise with clients and team members to develop working relationships, team spirit, and quality service to ensure the seamless co-ordination of advertising projects.• Define workload for the project and communicate deadlines for the various tasks to be completed.• Define the project scope in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders in order to ensure that project deliverables and expectations are clearly articulated and aligned to business objectives.• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and quantify, calculate and manage the project budget on behalf of the client.• Consult with clients on project feasibility and expected capital expenditure and present budgets to Exco of corporate clients, both local and international.• Responsible for outlining the original project timeframe and ensure that the project is completed within deadlines.• Coordinate internal resources (products and materials) and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.• Contribute to company growth and performance by providing proactive leadership and building effective project teams (consisting of a Designer, Project / Site Manager, Purchaser Clerk, Accounts Clerk and Assistants).• Coordinate all payment from clients including progress payments.• Select project appropriate subcontractors and manage orders to subcontractors.• Manage the subsequent client move including full infrastructure e.g. IT, audio visual, fire sprinklers, air conditioning, waterproofing, etc.
