Facilitated improvements to PTI’s software solutions, including mobile and web applications, working alongside a cross-functional team through each stage of the development process. Work primarily involved feature enhancements and bug fixes in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, and Flutter.Accomplishments included: • Customer Mass Notification System• Helmed the development of a PHP script that collects contact information across several SQL databases. This contact information can then be utilized to deploy a mass notification, as needed.• This script is set to be used a great deal in the future, as new hardware and software developments necessitate updates to be delivered to current subscribers.• Mobile Application Deep Linking• Paved the way for researching and developing an in-house deep linking solution, as the earlier system is sunset.• Created a fully realized demo application showcasing how deep links could be generated from user information in an Android app via Flutter.• Wrote documentation detailing my findings and the current approach used in the demo application.• Bug Fixes & Customer Support• Worked on support issues to ensure customers are receiving the best experience possible; the brunt of these issues involved the company’s web application and necessitated C# and Java.• Utilized SQL to handle user data and manage necessary changes, ensuring user information was correct, up-to-date, and not causing errors.
