In my role as an hourly manager, I work with the rest of our management team to ensure that our store runs smoothly outside of just day-to-day operations. I've been able to learn some of the behind-the-scenes action of the restaurant business. While learning this, I also delegate responsibilities to my team members throughout my shifts to help the store run as smoothly as possible. This position has allowed my leadership style to evolve further, and I am very grateful for that opportunity.

In this position, I also worked closely with the team members as well as the managers to ensure that operations ran smoothly throughout the day.
