In my role as an hourly manager, I work with the rest of our management team to ensure that our store runs smoothly outside of just day-to-day operations. I've been able to learn some of the behind-the-scenes action of the restaurant business. While learning this, I also delegate responsibilities to my team members throughout my shifts to help the store run as smoothly as possible. This position has allowed my leadership style to evolve further, and I am very grateful for that opportunity.

As a Certified Training Rockstar, I helped new team members get comfortable in their new job, and I trained them on proper procedures in the kitchen. In this position, I also worked closely with the team members as well as the managers to ensure that operations ran smoothly throughout the day. This position gave me the opportunity to understand more about myself and my leadership style.

In this role, I worked with other team members in the kitchen by making food and keeping the kitchen clean and stocked.
