Create long term asset strategies including developing venture summaries for planned projects, replacing obsolete equipment, and utilize new technologies to improve reliability. Deliver as scheduled or better on all projects. ·Provide direction, guidance, training, and leadership for all maintenance technicians, operators (operator basic care), and supervisors within the four walls of the facility consistent with MBM® PhilosophyResponsibility: Talent·Hire, advance, reward and retain people with the talent necessary to produce results, but only those who embrace our MBM® Guiding Principles.
