Ensure trainings are up to date and processes in place to mitigate risk.Setup and track OM compliance tasks in the CMMS system.Lead by example!   Responsibility:  QualityEnsure Centerlining is conducted on all machines to ensure quality productResponsibility:  Reliability·Champion the RCA process and update AODweb.·Utilize the FFF, Operations Cube, and the OEE metric to locate and reduce trending downtime events through RCA and corrective action plans. ·Track improvements from RCA action ·Increase the “Mean Time Between Failure” on all production equipment increasing MSF through the bander.·Use Criticality Assessment on all pieces of equipment starting with the most critical assets and update asset care systems. ·Improve performance through the best lubrication practices, precision maintenance; predictive technologies (vibration and KCF, IR, oil, OBW), department budget / forecast within limits set by plan.·Project management. Create long term asset strategies including developing venture summaries for planned projects, replacing obsolete equipment, and utilize new technologies to improve reliability.   Deliver as scheduled or better on all projects. ·Provide direction, guidance, training, and leadership for all maintenance technicians, operators (operator basic care), and supervisors within the four walls of the facility consistent with MBM® PhilosophyResponsibility:  Talent·Hire, advance, reward and retain people with the talent necessary to produce results, but only those who embrace our MBM® Guiding Principles.  Ensure that our polices, practices, communications and compensation reinforce these principles.·Review, Evaluate, and update RRE’s with all direct reports.Responsibility:  Reliability Transformation·Establish standard work / oversight / audits to ensure resources are utilized properly, workflow processes are followed, PMs are completed & effective. ·Coach and lead improvements·KPI development and continuous improvement.·Develop plan for OM standards implementation and management in MP2.  Work with plants to assess and identify gaps
