My responsibility is to provide effective strategic and creative direction to all the delivery teams at Boyd Digital. I build the teams and create an environment where clients needs can be met and surpassed while enabling staff at all levels to improve and upgrade their skillsets. Smartbox;- Parachuted in to help support the internal SEO team with multilingual outreach, SEO data/intelligence work and major issues around backlink building. - Ran analysis and we went for SEO quick wins and completed following tasks; - Researched, tracked and position checked thousands of lines of keywords. - Competitors KPI analysis. - Created reports highlighting the keywords with the highest potential ROI.
