 Engaged and discussed services with 2-3 potential clients per day in order to create effective sales leads for builders within the company.  Greeted 200 people per day to provide a great customer experience. Designed signs for open houses utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint as well as employ Microsoft Excel to look up housing and sale information. Created valuable client experience in open houses by mapping out the viewing path throughout the house as well as asking any questions that they may have.

 Prepared houses for closing by perfecting every detail of the house and being tedious.  Order and maintain delivery of construction materials within a tight time period. Demonstrated time management skills by working on 3-4 projects with the same deadlines. Collaborated closely with contractors and clients to create the client’s dream results. Responsible for all safety aspects pertaining to the assigned projects.
