I am head of Brodies’ commercial services practice and a specialist in outsourcing, technology, information and intellectual property law. I am also the partner sponsor for digital innovation within the firm.COMMERCIAL WORKAs head of the commercial team, I work with major clients in a variety of sectors including manufacturing and engineering, aviation and space, energy, oil and gas and transport, servicing their activities in the UK and abroad. I have a particularly deep knowledge of the facilities management sector where I act for a number of clients in major outsourcing deals both here in the UK and in the US.Chambers and Partners 2024 say that I am "very commercial in [my] advice" with "excellent knowledge, helpfulness and execution".DIGITAL INNOVATIONI have a longstanding interest in how we use technology within our practice and the digital services we can bring to clients. Back in 2016, my team created an innovative contract management solution called BOrganised and fast forward to today that has evolved into a range of digital commercial managed services which we offer through our Amelior brand. My role has widened so that I am now the partner sponsor for digital innovation across the firm, including artifical intelligence.
