CurrentResponsibilities:1. Leadership and Strategic Direction:- Provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction, and implementing organizational goals and objectives.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring and empowering staff members to achieve excellence.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funding sources.- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in substance use treatment to inform organizational decision-making.2. Program Development and Quality Assurance:- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards, such as state licensing requirements and CARF accreditation.- Monitor program outcomes and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall effectiveness of services.- Identify opportunities for program expansion, diversification, and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients.3. Financial Management and Resource Allocation:- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic financial decisions and mitigate risks.- Oversee the efficient allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to optimize service delivery.4. Staff Development and Performance Management:- Recruit, hire, and retain a highly skilled and diverse workforce, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to staff members, promoting their engagement, job satisfaction, and performance.- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect, encouraging staff input and participation in decision-making processes.
