Financial Management and Resource Allocation:- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic financial decisions and mitigate risks.- Oversee the efficient allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to optimize service delivery.4. Staff Development and Performance Management:- Recruit, hire, and retain a highly skilled and diverse workforce, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to staff members, promoting their engagement, job satisfaction, and performance.- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect, encouraging staff input and participation in decision-making processes.

-Create marketing and business development strategies.-Work with developers to create and refine personalized website.-Conduct B2B and B2C marketing and sales.-Create and review policy and procedures for business operations, human resources and clinical curriculum.
