I am an advocate for informal education, inquiry-based learning for all ages. I believe in working systemically and collaborating with communities to deepen impact and improve representation in learning institutions.Growing up in Houston, I witnessed how quality museums can serve communities by acting as a space for important conversations, supporting life-long learning, and opening pathways to STEAM careers. My educational and leadership abilities are rooted in my experiences working in natural science, history, pop culture, and children's museums. I enjoy keeping up to date on archaeology, paleoanthropology and other science news.As someone who is always looking to learn more, I welcome any recommendations on books, articles, or other resources that will help me to grow as a professional.
