Collaborate with fellow Center Managers nation-wide and Corporate leadership to improve efficiencies, promote directives and maximize opportunities.• Recognized as the only Distribution Center to exceed the Initial Quality (IQ) metric - % of units without a customer IQ issue. • Ranked first in customer service among 8 national centers, consistently exceeding 98.0% complete and on time delivery metric for 8 years. • Reduced supply purchasing and vendor costs by 21% through cost analysis. • Led center activity during the closing of the facility and finished with 0 OSHA incidents, 0 Preventable Motor Vehicle Accidents (Fleet) and ended 35% below projected closing costs.
