At Brentwood Country Club, I developed a professional skill set that will translate to future opportunities. I was tasked with accurately recording orders, ensuring these orders were fulfilled on time, and efficiently managing my section of the restaurant. This job required me to be operationally efficient, customer-oriented, and think critically. To do my job to the best of my ability, I was forced to create new ways to manage multiple tables at once while providing exceptional service to each customer. Additionally, I happily accepted all customer feedback to continuously improve my customers' experiences.
