Primary markets supported are low-power, always-on voice interface systems, wearable devices and edge-node sensor applications, including cloud-connected solutions via BLE.Software development experience includes integration of GPS, microphones, BLE and other functionality in our voice interface and wearables reference design platforms. Performed multiple, concurrent roles as SoC systems engineer, team support strategist, support coordinator. As Customer Program Manager, I managed strategic customer engagements with support of our ARM-based i.MX microprocessor family tracking issues through timely resolution. As Technical Support Coordinator, I created and drove processes for team support, issue escalation, issue post mortem analysis which drove significant customer support improvement and customer satisfaction. I established private support portals for high-tier customers and ensured timely and high-quality support through an efficient, globally-applied process, which reduced average support latency for high-tier customers by over 25%.
