The group primarily deals with Emotional Intelligence certifications, Enneagram certifications, training and coaching from frontline to Senior Executives. In addition, we have signature courses on Leadership and Peak Performance. We coach and counsel people on issues ranging from work performance, personal and emotional issues, drive and motivation. We combine NLP applications with Enneagram so that all our participants are equipped with strategies to work on the knowledge that they gain from EQ. The symbiotic effect of EQ and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) work well for those seeking theory and application to get intended results.We use DISC, MBTI, the EQ Competence Profile, Barret Cultural tools, WEPSS Enneagram profiling and 9 Points of View in our coaching and workshops so as to offer our clients a scientific and hence deeper understanding of some of their deeper traits and qualities, behaviour choices and innate personality drivers of each individual.
