I contract out my services to individuals looking for a wine consultant specialising in small cask wine production. I am responsible for sourcing grapes from around the world to meet the exacting standards of my clients. I am then responsible for the wine making process from grape to barrel to bottle,ensureing my client have wines that reflect thier tastes and preferences. I currently visit farms and source grapes from various parts of California including Napa, North Coast, and El Dorado County. Aditionally, select grapes from Chile's Curico Valley, as well as the Niagara Peninsula (especially grapes for ice wine production) are purchased.

Fermentations, my first company is still growing, providing a range of services to individuals looking to create beverages based on fermentation technology.
