Attend customer premises to fix computers, set up new PC's, troubleshoot and repair networks (inc. cabling), VoIP phone systems, multi-function printers, wireless access points. Discuss clients needs and then deliver/install PC configured to those needs. Workshop repairs to PC's and Macintosh such as virus removal, hardware replacement and upgrades. Smartphone configuration including Microsoft Exchange accounts.

I was responsible for the day to day running of the store including meeting/exceeding sales targets, managing and inspiring my team, maintaining stock, loss prevention, merchandising displays, staying up to date on current trends and forming business relationships with local retailers.

My role was to assist the branch manager with the day to day running of the superstore including meeting/exceeding sales targets, managing and inspiring the team, maintaining stock, loss prevention, merchandising displays, weekly sales reports. I managed the store when the branch manager was away for holidays and meetings etc.
