I was in the United States Navy. I was stationed at Glenview Naval Station - Glenview, Il from 1967-1970. My duties as a parachute rigger, was to pack and inspect jet chutes for the naval aviators. I was active duty for 2.5 years and was honorably discharged. I then returned to Northwestern University prior to my return to California where I finished my college education at California State University.
