Your main duties and responsibilities include:Conceptualize and design creative, visually appealing and effective graphics, branding elements, digital assets, and other marketing collateral for multiple platforms (print, digital, web, social media)Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaignsManage and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them develop their skills and grow in their rolesMaintain and update the company's visual brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistent and effective use of brand assets across all channels and touchpointsStay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's design work remains relevant and effective in the industryParticipate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to develop ideas and concepts for new marketing initiativesQualifications:At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on marketing and branding initiativesExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aestheticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersLeadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and inspire junior designersKnowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web designAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
