As a professional rescuer with Backyard Lifeguards I continued my passion for lifeguarding and gained valuable experience in keeping various bodies of water safe.As a critical teammate, my duties included:Effective surveillance during events in pools, lakes and rivers.Enforcing rules to keep everyone safe.Quickly assist or rescue swimmers in need.Maintain lifeguard skills with bi-monthly training.Uphold strict physical, mental and moral standards while being a professional rescuer.

Graphic Wombat is a freelance company I launched in June of 2010. I enjoyed working directly with clients who needed content driven design for both print and web media. I learned a lot about the importance of workflow and how to effectively communicate through design.
